Synopsis: This graduate-level course was offered online. I collaboratively worked with the professor to implement new strategies for teaching this course. Supplemental course materials were provided on the website to promote students’ interaction with the content. This course covered many effective teaching and learning strategies, such as chunking, framing, advanced organizer, WebQuest, and case studies.

Target Audience: Graduate students in the Instructional Design & Development program


  • Designed and developed a companion website using Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Assisted in re-organizing and re-designing instructional materials, assignments, and assessments
  • Assisted in administering students’ activities and provided students with guidance
  • Uploaded and managed content, media files, and quizzes in the Learning Management System
