Instructional and Learning Strategies Course

Year: Summer 2004 & 2005

Synopsis: This graduate level course offered in online. I collaboratively worked with the professor to implement new strategies for teaching this course. A supplemental course ¬†materials were provided on the website to promote students’ interaction with the content. This course covered many effective teaching and learning strategies, such as chunking, framing, advance organizer, WebQuest, and case studies.

Target Audience: Graduate students in the Instructional Design & Development program


  • Design and develop a companion website using Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Assisted in re-organizing and re-designing instructional materials, assignments, and assessments
  • Assisted in administering students’ activity and provided students with guidance
  • Uploaded and manage content, media files, and quizzes in eCollege
