Unagi and Tamago on the Rice

No, I didn’t cook that. They were frozen food from one of the asian store in Mobile. It did look good and was tasty!! Unagi is the Japanese word for freshwater eels, and Tamago is a type of Japanese omelette, which is made by rolling together several layers of cooked egg.

To me, this is a quick & easy dish for a tiring day like today.
