อากาศเย็นๆ เลยนึกถึงไข่ตุ๋นร้อนๆ นุ่มๆเนียนๆ โดยปกติแล้ว เวลาทำไข่ตุ่นจะใจร้อน เปิดไฟแรง ทำออกมาหน้าตาไม่ค่อยน่ารับประทานเท่าไหร่ แลเย็นวันนี้ก็ได้ฤกษ์ มาลองหัดทำไข่ตุ๋นแบบร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่ข้างหน้าจะเนียนๆ กอล์ฟก็ประยุกต์นิดนึง มาใส่กุ้ง ใส่เห็ดหอม โรยโดยกระเทียมเจียวหน่อย อร่อยจริงๆเลย
เทคนิคที่สำคัญในการทำให้ไข่ตุ๋นเราหน้าเนียนนั่น ก็คือเอา Plastic Wrap มาปิดหน้าไม่ให้ไอน้ำหยดลงไปนั่นเอง!! ไฟอ่อนถึงปานกลาง ก่อนเอาไข่เข้าหม้อนึ่งเปิดไฟแรงสุดให้น้ำเดือดๆเลย แต่พอเอาชามที่จะตุ๋นใส่ไปในหม้อแล้วนั้น เราต้องรีบหรี่ไฟอ่อนถึงปานกลาง
พอนึ่งซักพ้ก ก็เปิดฝาดูว่า เริ่มเกาะตัวกันหรือยัง พอเริ่มได้ที่ ก็ให้หยิบออมาเอามาแต่งหน้าแต่งต้า wrap กลับเข้าไปอย่างเก่า แล้วนึ่งต่ออีกซักพักจนสุกทั่ว
หน้าตาที่ได้ก็จะสวยหรูแบบนี้!!!
