Finally, I found the ymost favorite theme so far. It’s called “MacLike.” All the icons are big and cute. The color and font size are perfect for me. It comes with Today and Message display on Home screen too. Take a look at my screen shots

I didn’t realized that WordPress has been upgraded again. That’s why some of my plug-ins did not work and generated warning error messages.

 

Now, my website is back and fully operates.

The new iPhone came out sooner than I thought. Here it comes – iPhone 3G S (S represents SPEED!). The iPhone 3GS has a new processor built-in. Apple claims that it is up to two times faster than the previous generation: Launching messages is 2.1 faster, load the NY Times in Safari: 2.9 times faster. It also consumes less, which has an impact on the improved battery life. Camera is improved – 3 megapixels sensor, special macro and low light modes, auto focus, auto exposure, and auto white balance, etc. (Check out for more detail from Gizmodo’s feature guide)

 

 

MSNBC reported about its price that

AT&T customers who are new to the carrier, or whose two-year contracts expire just in time to get Apple’s new iPhone 3GS, will pay $199 for the 16-gigabyte version and $299 for the 32 GB model with a new contract. But existing AT&T customers who are in mid-contract and want to upgrade may have to pay $200 more. Yuckkkk!!

 

iPhone 3GS will be available on June 19 with the price of $199/$299 for only new and qualifying AT&T customers with (of course) 2-year contract. However,

AT&T also lists pricing for customers who do not want to sign a contract with AT&T. It is $699 for the 32 GB iPhone 3GS, $599 for the 16 GB version, $549 for the 16 GB iPhone 3G and $499 for the 8GB iPhone 3G.

Apple has Monday it has sold more than 40 million iPhones and iPod touches since the devices were first released nearly two years ago.

I heard this song “Don’t trust me” by 3OH!3 (pronounce Three-Oh-Three) and I love the melody of the song. I’m not sure if I like its lyrics though. It’s just too weird that I had to look it up online to check what I heard in the song is correct or not. And… I’m right ..

 

Let’s get to know a little bit about the band!

 

“3OH!3 stands for the area code that band front men Sean Foreman and Nathaniel Motte represent. Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, the duo met while studying physics in college and discovered one another’s love for underground hip hop. อาทิตย์ก่อนโน้น ลองทำบ๊ะจ่างกินเอง เพื่อทำให้เข้ากับเทศกาลที่เมืองไทย กอล์ฟก็ไม่เคยทำหรอก แต่ก็นักคิดอยู่นานนะ ว่าจะทำยังไงดี เพราะไม่อยากเอามานึ่ง มันยุ่งยากเหลือเกิน ก็มานั่งทวนหลักทฤษฏีกันก่อน เพราะว่า กอล์ฟรู้ว่าหม้อหุ้งข้าวตัวเก่งของกอล์ฟ หุงข้าวเหนียวออกมาสวยงาม ไม่ต้องแช่ให้เสียเวลา ก็เลยคิดไปว่า ถ้าเราเอาข้าวเหนียวนะ ใส่รวมกับเครื่องบ๊ะจ่างพวก หมูชิ้น เห็ดหอม กุ้งแห้ง ลงไป แล้วหุงรวมกันเลยก็น่าจะพอไหวนะ

 

 

ว่าแล้วก็ได้ฤกษ์ … ก่อนอื่น มาดูเครื่องปรุงก่อน ขอออกตัวก่อนว่า วัตถุดิบมีไม่ครบ แล้วก็บางอย่างไม่ชอบกิน บางอย่างทำไม่เป็น เลยออกมาตามนี้

1. ข้าวเหนียว 2 ถ้วย

2. เห็ดหอมแช่น้ำแล้ว หั่นเป็นเส้นขนาดกลางๆ ไม่ต้องบางหรือหนาเกินไป (ไม่ต้องเทน้ำแช่เห็ด นะ)

3. กุ้งแห้งแช่น้ำทิ้งไว้ ซัก 15 นาที ให้มันนิ่มแล้วล้างพวกรสเค็มๆออกไป

4. กุนเชียง ซัก สองท่อน

6. หมูหมัก (เนื้อหมู กอล์ฟหมัก ด้วย เกลือ พริกไทย ซีอิ้วดำ น้ำมันหอย แล้วน้ำตาล ผงกระเทียม –เวลาหมัก กอล์ฟจะหมักหนักไปที่ พริกไทยและผงกระเทียม จะได้หอมๆ)

5. เกลือ

6. น้ำตาล

6. น้ำมันหอย

7. ซีอิวดำ

8. น้ำมันพืช

9. ซีอิ๊วขาว

10. ซอสภูเขาทอง

 

วิธีทำ

บอกก่อนนะครับ สูตรกอล์ฟ คือใช้หม้อหุงข้าวทำเลยนะครับ

1. น้ำมันตั้งไฟอ่อน

2. เอาเห็ด กุนเชียง กุ้งแห้ง และหมูลงไปผัด

3. พอหมูเริ่มจะสุก ใส่ข้าวเหนียวลงไปเลย

4. ปรุงตามใจเลย ใส่ซอส เครื่องปรุงทุกอย่าง ใส่กลางๆ ถ้ารสไม่ได้ค่อยไปปรุ่งใหม่ในหม้อหุงข้าว ฮ่าๆ

5. ถ้ามันแห้ง กอล์ฟจะเติมน้ำที่แช่เห็ด ลงไปหน่อย ไม่ให้มันแห้ง หรือไหม้

6. ผัดไม่นาน แล้วเทเข้าหม้อหุงข้าวเลย

7. หม้อหุ้งข้าวของกอล์ฟ เวลาหุงๆ เหมือนข้าวสวยธรรมดา แต่กอล์ฟจะใส่ น้ำต่ำกว่าขีดแบบแตะๆเส้น

8. กดปุ่ม รอเวลา ประมาณ 20 นาที ก็สุก

9. ถ้าข้าวเหนียวไม่สุก ก็เติมน้ำกดต่อ ทุกอย่างแก้ไขได้ อยากปรุงรสอะไรเพิ่มปรุงเลย

 

 

แต่เผอิญ กอล์ฟทำครั้งแรก รสชาดก็ถูกปากพอดี ไม่ต้องแก้ไขอะไรเลย วู้ฮู้…

During the afternoon Enzo loved to go outside and sat on the deck for sunbathing. He was so happy to have my carpet laid on the deck for him. I was trying to dry my carpet -_-” hahaha.
