Spring break has ended yesterday. That means spring allergies have begun!! I have been experience spring allergies every year except the first couple years when I moved to Mobile, AL. It could get worse than you can imagine. I sneezed like hundreds times per day. My eyes was red and itchy all the time. I felt exhausted. Sometimes the allergy medicine couldn’t help.

 

Spring allergy affects different part of the US. It depends on many factors, such as location, types of grasses, plants and flowers in that city, and also the nature of geography. I found an interesting article about the top 100 worst allergy cities for spring allergies.
