Although Christmas Holidays just passed, we still are looking forward to celebrating the New Year. Whoo hooo!

This Christmas I thought about doing Origami Christmas tree, but I didn’t have the tree until three days before Christmas. So, it didn’t happen this year. Well, I just found out that there was an Origami tree in New York at the American Museum of Natural History.  It’s so NICE!!

As you know, we have a guest, Bobo, to stay with us during the Christmas Holidays. We are so happy to spend incredible time with him. He’s such a sweet dog. He looks like a cute puppy to everyone.

Today, we also have a new family Amigurumi member to welcome. His name is Ben-Zo. He is well known as a Sleepy Cat – Amineko. Everyone who loves Amigurumi should know Amineko. Google it, if you don’t!

His main responsibility in the house is to entertain our guest, Bobo. He will keep Bobo company, sleep next to him, play with him, and put him to bed. So far, he did pretty well. Everybody… please welcome our “BenZo”…

We’ll miss our Pinko! Pinko is a sweet rabbit, 7″ tall. She has been adopted by P’ Ore. Now, Pinko lives in Ogden, Utah. She will love snow!!

I got these Pom Pom maker from Hobby Lobby. They are on sale like 30%-50% off. I use them to decorate a Christmas Wreath. Next year we probably will try to do ornaments and hang them on the Christmas tree.

We have a guest to stay over for several nights over the Christmas holidays. His name is “Bo-Bo.” He’s very very tiny!! Don’ t let his size fool you. He is a grown man with a big attitude. Enzo has to give him some respect. He’s about six years old and of course chihuahua!

Yeahh.. This is so COOL! ในที่สุดเราก็เอาแพทเทริ์นต่างๆมาประยุกต์ปรับเปลี่ยนเป็น pattern ของเราเอง ออกแบบเองตามรูปทรงที่เราต้องการ Amigurumi ตัวนี้มีชื่อว่า Chu-Chu-Ta-Co เป็นชื่อจริงของเขาเลย ที่ทาง Sanrio ตั้งให้ เปิดตัวตั้งแต่ ปี 1992 เป็นปลาหมึกที่น่ารักมาก  แต่ไม่ค่อยมีคนรู้จัก ก็เลยต้องคิดค้นแพทเทิร์นขึ้นมาเอง ก็ไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อนมากมาย

ก่อนจะเริ่มดูแพทเทิร์นอ่านตรงนี้นิดนึง

ข้อกำหนดในการใช้ Pattern:

1. ห้ามเอาแพทเทิร์นนี้ไปจำหน่ายค้าขาย
2. ถ้าเอาแพทเทิร์นไปแจกเพื่อนๆต่อก็อย่าลืม Credit ที่มาด้วยนะครับ
3. ถ้าใช้แพทเทิร์นนี้ทำตุ๊กตาขึ้นมา สามารถเอาไปจำหน่ายได้ หรือแจกจ่ายเป็นของขวัญได้ ไม่ว่ากันครับ
4. อย่าลืมเมื่อทำเสร็จแล้ว ส่งผลงานมาให้ชมกันบ้างที่ golffy@golffy.com
5. ท่านสามารถเอาแพทเทิร์นไปปรับเปลี่ยนตามใจที่ท่านต้องการ เมื่อทำเสร็จแล้วก็อย่าลืมส่งผลงานมาให้ชมกัน

ป.ล. ถ้าหนวดป่องเกินไป ก็ให้เปลี่ยน แถวที่ 4 จาก XV เป็น X เฉยก็พอมั้งครับ (อันนี้ยังได้ลอง แต่คิดว่าน่าจะใช้ได้)

วิธีประกอบ และตกแต่ง:

เมื่อได้ หนวด หกชิ้นแล้ว ให้ลองทาบวางดูว่าโอเคไหม วางลงตรงก้นของส่วนหัวดูนะครับ วางให้มันพอดีกัน พยายามลองไม่ให้มันเกยกัน แล้ววางปิดช่องว่างที่เหลือตรงส่วนหัวให้มิดที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้ อ่อ แล้วก็เวลาเย็บหนวด ให้ส่วนหนวดติดกับส่วนคาง หรือส่วนล่างของหัวด้วย ซักประมาณ แถว 2-3 จากกันของหัวนะครับ เพราะว่า หนวดจะได้ไม่ห้อยลงมากเวลายก ตัวปลาหมึก แต่อันนี้ก็แล้วแต่คนชอบมั้งครับ ผมไม่ชอบให้ให้หนวดมันห้อยไป ห้อยมา

ส่วนตา ผมใช้ Safety Eyes คือลูกตาที่มีตัวล็อคด้านหลัง ก็ติดให้ตาไม่สูงไม่ต่ำเกินไป อยู่กลางๆ ห่างๆ กันหน่อย ตามรูปนะครับ

ส่วนปาก ก็เย็บต่ำนิดนึง

ขนตา: ผมใช้ Felt ตัดเป็นเส้นๆ แล้วทากาวเอานะครับ

โบว์ติดหัว ผมใช้ปอมปอมสองลูกผูกติดกันแล้วเย็บเข้าบนหัวเลย จะปักขีดชมพู สองเส้นใต้ลูกตาทั้งสองข้างตามต้นแบบเดิมก็ได้นะครับ

I got an email from my aunt. She sent me some pictures of tricycle in China. They are innovative and interesting.

Everybody’s got to have a Christmas wish list, right? Some might wish and get what they have wished for, and some might just make a wish list for fun. Me?… I’m both types. For this year, I don’t know what I want for Christmas. Well I take it back. Aactually I do know want I want, but they all are so expensive that I will have to get them by myself. Some of my friends asked me what I wanted. I had to tell them I wanted nothing from them because I knew they don’t want to hear my wish list Ha Ha!

So, it’s funny to think  that I will become my own Santa to make my wish happen. Let’s take a look at a few items from my list:

• iPhone or iTouch
• Granite Kitchen Counter Top
• Steel Appliances (Dish Washer, Electrical Smooth Top Range, and Refrigerator)
• PS3 or Blue-Ray DVD Player
• New fences for the backyard

and the list goes on.. and on..
