Wow… I’ve just finished watching Korean series, “Get Karl! Oh Soo Jung.” I’m completely in love with the story. The storyline is pretty good and very entertaining.

The story starts when Go Man Soo is huge, nerdy, ugly, and chubby. He has been in love with the most popular girl, Oh Soo Jung, since middle school. Go Man Soo would do ANYTHING to have a date with Oh Soo Jung. Oh Soo Jung is like a gold digger. She’s very picky and will pick only the best for herself. She told Go Man Soo that if he passed the exam and became a lawyer, then she would date and got married with him. He had studied so hard to pass the exam, but the exam had three levels. The real beginning of this Korean series is here! Go Man Soo fail the last level of the exam which is the interview exam. He fail the exam right before the day he’s going to get married with Oh Soo Jung. The night before they are going to get married, many men came to beg her not to get married with Go Ma Soo. She resisted. She already made up her mind that Go Mn Soo was the one.

So… just right before she is going to walk into the wedding ceremony, Go Man Soo decided to be honest with her and told her that he had fail the exam. Oh Soo Jung was in shock and couldn’t accept the fact that after they were married, he might NOT be able to make money as much as she has hoped. …. SHE RAN AWAY with her wedding gown!!

It’s getting interesting… Go Man Soo was very disappointed and hurt so bad. He decided to go to the US and started his new life. 8 years later, it’s time for Go Man Soo to come back and finish his revenge on Oh Soo Jung. Now, he’s world known golfer, Go Karl (his new name) who comes back to Korea for the tournament. Oh Soo Jung is a desperate 34-year-old single who is trying to catch a wealthy husband. When she learns that Go Karl is Go Man Soo, she wants him back because now he’s worth 5 Million!

From here, the story continues to get better… you have to watch the rest. I love it!

Fall season is coming…. I would say fall season is one of my favorite season because of cooling down weather, decreasing amount of rain, etc. And… you can start to wear layers with a blazer, a jacket, a cardigan, and a sweater. But especially this fall, you will see a lot of vests in men and women. Vests either with or without buttons are hot! I never own one before. Normally, I like casual or business casual, very laid-back style. But this fall, I would like to dress grown-up, preppy style. So, I definitely will get some vests. I have a lot of jackets and blazers. I just love to have them even though Mobile is not cold area, rather hot and humid HA HA HA! I know.. I’m crazy… LOL

In this fall 2008 fashion, you will see a lot straight-leg pants or skinny jeans. In my opinion, three colors which never go wrong with the fall season are white, black, and gray. These colors will make you look sophisticated. So…come on… try to dress “preppy”!! It’s fun!!

So, for those guys who don’t have vest, it’s time for you to invest, own, and dress one! I think vests will make you look sharp, smart, and classic. It could be worn with cool graphic t-shirts, dress shirts, and jeans. How cool is that! I didn’t make up this sense of fashion. It’s really a trend! ว้าวๆๆ พฤกษ์ เก่งมากๆ ทำ trailer ออกมาดีจัง เพลงก็เพราะ รูปเพื่อนๆ ก็มีแต่หล่อๆ สวยๆ ทั้งนั้นเลย (อิอิ มีรูปเราด้วย ฮ่าๆๆ) แต่ไหง ไม่เห็นมีรูป คนทำคลิปหว่า

เวลาผ่านไปไวเหมือนโกหก ไม่ได้เจอเพื่อนบางคน 10 กว่าปี เป็นอย่างน้อย ส่วนตัวแล้ว มีความรู้สึกว่า ช่วงในวัยม.ต้น สนุกกว่า ม.ปลาย อาจจะเป็นเพราะช่วงม.ปลายอยู่ในช่วงกดดัน เรียนหนักก็เป็นได้ เพื่อนบางคนก็รุ้จักกันมาตั้งแต่เรียนตอนกวดวิชา ก็จะเป็นอะไรที่กันเองสนิทๆกัน แต่พอเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยแล้ว ก็เหมือนจะกระจัดกระจายกันไป ไม่ได้เจอกันอีกเลย ที่ได้เจอก็มีเพื่อนม.ปลายที่ยังนัดเจอกินข้าวดูหนังกันบ้าง

ยังคิดอยู่เลยว่า จะไปงานดีไหม ตอนนี้ก็ยังอยู่อเมริกาซะด้วย

Taylor Swift is one of the hottest country singer right now! I’ve never seen myself to like country style songs, until I heard Taylor’s songs. There is something about her songs. They are like a crossover between pop/country – very young, cute, and catchy.

You wouldn’t believe that her first album had released since 2006, and you still hear those songs from the album. It’s been two years already, but she is getting hotter and hotter! I love all the promoted singles, such as Tears Drop on My Guitar, Our Song, Picture Burn, etc. She even wrote or co-wrote all the songs in her album (very talented girl! – She started to write those songs since highschool…). She’s only 18 and will turn 19 in this December.

Just a few days ago, she released her new single from the second album, Fearless. It’s very catchy. I like it when I first listened to the song. She will do very well on this single (I hope!). I’m not sure about the lyrics, though. But, the melody of the song is definitely pleasing. The name of song is “Love Story.” – the story about Romeo – Juliet… Take a look at her music video below. What do you think? Her album will be released on 11th November.

Scrapbooks หรือ สมุดอัลบั้มรูปเพื่อบอกเรื่องราว หลายคนอาจจะส่งสัยว่ามันแตกต่างตาก Photoalbum อย่างไร

Scrap คำนี้ความหมายก็ประมาณว่า ส่วนหรือเศษที่เหลือเล็กๆที่ไม่ได้ใช้ทำอะไรแล้ว เอ๊ะ Scrap คำนี้มันไปคล้ายกับคำว่า Crap ซึ่งคำๆนี้ คุณก็คงได้ยินมาบ้าง ฝรั่งจะใช้เวลาสบถ คำว่า Crap ก็เหมือน คำว่า Shit ที่แปลว่า “ขี้” นั่นเอง!! ดังนั้น กอล์ฟสงสัยว่า Scrap คำนี้ จะมาจากคำว่า Crap หรือป่าว ฮ่าๆ

Scrapbook ก็ประมาณว่า หนังสือรวมเศษขยะ???? ถ้าจะมองอย่างนั้นก็ได้ ฮ่าๆ ไม่หรอกมองเป็นหนังสือรวมความทรงจำที่ดีแล้วของที่ระลึกดีกว่า ฝรั่งเวลาเขาไปเที่ยวไหน แล้วกลับมาบ้าน เขามีพวกหางตั๋วบัตร, โบชัวร์, สิ่งของที่เวลาเขาเห็นละจะทำให้เขาระลึกถึง ติดไม้ติดมือกลับมาบ้าน จากนั้นเขาก็เอา เศษๆพวกนี้ มาประดิษประดอย ทำให้มัน น่าดู โดยใช้ อุปกรณ์อื่นๆเข้ามาช่วยไม่ว่าจะเป็นกระดาษสี กระดุม ริบบิ้น แล้วก็รูปถ่ายที่เขาถ่ายไว้ตอนไปเที่ยว เอามาประกอบรวมกันเป็น Book นั่นเอง การทำ Scrapbook มีขั้นตอนหลายอย่างแล้วแต่คุณจะจินตนการสร้างสรรค์แบบไม่มีขีดจำกัด แทนที่เราจะหยิบรูปมาดูจากใน Album เราก็จะได้เห็นที่ระลึกอื่นๆอีกมาก รวมทั้งคำพูดต่างๆที่คุณอยากจะบรรยายเหตุการณ์นั้นประกอบกับรูปถ่าย ทำให้ความทรงจำนั้นดูมีค่ายิ่งขึ้น scrapbook สามารถทำเพื่อเก็บความทรงจำของคุณให้มีความหมายมากที่สุด อาจจะเป็น งานวันเกิด งานแต่งงาน งานรับปริญญา เทศกาลต่างๆ  และอื่นอีกมากมาย ไม่มีข้อจำกัดใดๆ ผู้หญิง ผู้ชาย เด็ก ผู้ใหญ่ ทำ scrapbook ได้หมด ยิ่งสำหรับเด็กๆ กอล์ฟว่า ยิ่งดี เป็นการสอนให้เขาสร้างทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ แก้ไขปัญหา

อุปกรณ์ ที่ขายในร้านที่อเมริกา ทุกอย่างแพงจริงๆ กระดาษแผ่นนึงก็หลายตังค์ เมืองไทยน่าจะถูกกว่า เพื่อนน่าจะหันมาลองศึกษาแล้วทำ scrapbook กันนะ ไม่ยากเกินที่คิด ขอให้มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ก็พอ ยิ่งเมืองไทย มีของเล่น ของน่ารักๆ มากมายในราคาที่ถูก ยิ่งทำให้ scrapbook ของคุณ ทำได้โดยไม่ยากเลยทีเดียว

As we know, computers can be categorized into four to five types depending upon size, functions, and capabilities. For instance, Personal Computer (commonly called as PC), Workstation (bigger and more powerful than PC), Laptop (or Notebook – just like PC but for portable purpose).

Now, I would like to mention about a new category, called Nettop, Netbook, Ultra-Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC), and Subnotebook. These terms have been used interchangeably for a while now. It is first introduced like couple years ago, but heavily used and more well-known this year. What’s the differences between Nettop and Laptop? It’s just smaller and aiming for those who travel all the time and prefer something to be used for just the Internet, Email, minimal document work, etc. They don’t want any heavy media use or any other extras. The most essential features are super small and super light.

You would think this type of nettop would cost you a fortune. In the past..  YES.. but now.. NO! The price of nettop ranging from 350 – 500 dollars. What a good deal right? There are several models out in the market now. Dell even pushed out the new model called Inspiron Mini 9 to compete in the nettop market after allowing such other competitors as ASUS and Acer make tons of money selling nettops.

As far as I have seen those available nettops in the market, I seem to be attracted to Acer Aspire One. Not only does its price, but also its looks and features won my heart. I love it and might even buy it for my dad. He wants me to buy a laptop. His requirements are inexpensive, small, light, and the Internet capability. Yeah.. that’s all he wants. He doesn’t want any other things else beside the use of the Internet. We’ll see…

Apple has just released a bunch of new iPod – Nano, Classic, Touch, and Shuffle … They add several coo features to those new generations, such as built-in accelerometer (automatically rotate either horizontal or vertical screen for you when you rotate the iPod), shake to shuffle (if you shuffle your iPod shuffle, it will shuffle all the songs for you!), it comes with vibrant colors to choose from, and iPod Touch even comes with built-in speakers!

Oohh.. I like her new song! At the Video Music Awards last night, Christina Aguilera sang her new single with a very first performance on the stage after giving birth in January. Awesome!! “Keeps Getting Better” is the name of the song.

The coming hurricane, IKE, is approaching Gulf of Mexico and soon to landfall in our coast again!!

The category-3 hurricane can be expected on this Saturday (toward New Orleans – Texas). It probably will affect to Mobile with a lot of rain, but nothing is too serious (I hope!).
