Woonsen = Clear/Glass Noodle

So, that’s the name of this menu. It’s fairly simple to cook.

Ingredients are:

  1. Shrimps (Best if you don’t peel the shell off yet)
  2. Woonsen (Vermicelli) soaked in the warm water for 10-15 min
  3. Bacon (just a few slices to put at the bottom of the pot)
  4. Prepper 1 Teaspoon or more if you like
  5. Sesami Oil 2 Teapoon
  6. Cilantro 1 cup
  7. Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon
  8. Oyster Sauce 1 Tablespoon
  9. Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  10. Vegetable Oil 2 Teaspoon
  11. Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon

How To:

  1. After soaking Woonsen for 10-15 min, rinse it and mix with prepper, sesami oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, garlic power.
  2. Add half of cup of cilantro
  3. Add shrimps
  4. Mix everything up and leave it for 10 min
  5. Lay slices of bacon at the bottom of the pot or wok
  6. put everything including all the mixed source and ingredients on top of bacon
  7. Close the lid and set meduim heat
  8. Leave it for 10 min or until Woonsen gets softer or done – Stir if needed to prevent from burning at the bottom.
  9. When it’s almost done, put the rest of cilantro
  10. Cook until everything is done.
