First special menu today is Shrimp with Scramble Eggs in Chinese Style.

This menu has been adapted. Oysters are more common to use for this menu, but personally I don’t like the oysters. So, I use shrimps. Other ingredients are the same.

I know… all the ingredients are in Thai Language. I will write an English version with my own style for this menu next time.
